Dr. Ritu Gadia is a renowned eye surgeon from prestigious AIIMS (New Delhi) and is currently attached Rotary Techno Netralay & AMRI, Mukundapur. She started her medical career in the year 1995 when she joined Calcutta Medical College as an undergraduate (MBBS). After completing graduation she specialized MD in ophthalmology at AIIMS (New Delhi). Subsequently she did further training in Cataract, Glaucoma, Pediatric Ophthalmology, Squint, Neuro Ophthalmology at same institute. While in AIIMS she gained valuable experience in performing various eye surgeries.

Her expertise extended to latest treatment modalities. She is also involved in various teaching & research activities. She has more than 15 national & international publications. She has also co-authored in more than 10 chapters in various ophthalmology books. She has presented her original research work at the American Academy of Ophthalmology and ARVO meetings. She was awarded the AC Agarwal Trophy for best scientific paper presentation by the Delhi Ophthalmological Society in 2005.

She has also her own personal clinic “RG Eye Care” at Mukundapur.
